What is Community Partnership Initiative?
The Community Partnership Initiative (CPI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the preparedness and resilience of individuals, organizations, and local businesses before, during, and after emergencies and disasters. This is achieved through strengthening local capabilities, fostering partnerships, and providing vital services via community-based resource centers across all stages of emergencies and disasters.
CPI achieves its mission by establishing a network of membership partners, hosting educational forums, and underscoring the importance of emergency preparedness.
CPI's primary focus revolves around four key areas: Community Partnerships, Advocacy & Referral Services, Resource Centers, and Education and Vocational Training. Through a concentrated effort on these areas, CPI aims to empower individuals, organizations, and local businesses to proactively tackle challenges and promote resilience within the community.
